As a traveler on one of our trips , you are on a journey with a group of new friends and an expert local travel guide. There are some included activities on our tours, but you also have free time built into the trips to enjoy optional excursions, orfind some new treasures on our own.
What is the group size of a Eat Drink Travel Group trip?
The group size of a tour depends on the destination and style of travel. The most of our tours are small group tours and normally have 4-15 people with an average of 10. On occasion a trip may continue to operate below minimum numbers with only one or two people.
Is there an age limit on a Eat Drink Travel Group trip?
No, as long as you are up for traveling! Our trips offer 18-65+ year olds the opportunity to travel the world as part of a group. If you have any preexisting conditions that may require extra support while on vacation, it is important that you let us know in advance. We will require you to fill out a Tour Suitability form. Due to the fast pace of some tours, we may also request this if you are over the age of 65.
What accommodation will be available on a Eat Drink Travel Group trip?
Accommodation on our trips are in high quality hotels and Airbnb. We believe in providing our customers with style and comfort on our trips.
How will I travel on a Eat Drink Travel Group trip?
In order to keep your tour price low, we do not include airfare, however you can find great deals online. We also can assist with finding affordable airfare.
Can I book extra nights of accommodation in my arrival or departure city?
Most of our tours have the option to book pre or post accommodation so you can make the most of the destinations you are visiting. Please notify us upon booking so that we can add on the extra booking and secure your reservation.
What is the Eat Drink Travel Group Refund Policy on Trips?
24- hour cancellation.
The deposit will be refunded upon request 24-hours after the trip has been booked. After 24-hours of booking, no refunds of deposits will be given.
Non-refundable deposit and payments. After 24-hours of booking, no refunds of deposits or payments will be given.
Deposit or Payment Transfer to Future Trips – Trip deposit nor payments made towards the trip can be applied to another trip.
Trip Transfer of Deposit, Payments, or Total Trip to Another Guest – Guest cannot transfer trip deposit, payments or their trip to any other guest.
We highly encourage you to purchase travel insurance if you have to cancel your trip for any reason covered.
What are the Payment Terms
Full Payment Special – $100 off total cost if full payment is made upon booking
Trip will be automatically canceled after TWOmissed payment. Payments are due on the 15th of each month. A (3) day grace period will be given to make trip payments each month. After the 3-day grace period ends the trip will be canceled. No refund of deposit or trip payments will be provided for any reason.
-Invoices
Payments will be made via a PayPal invoice. The invoice can be paid via Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Discover card. Invoices are sent to the email address that clients provide. It is the client responsibility to sign up for monthly payment plan. Your invoice is sent to all clients each month, invoices are sent to clients at least 7 days before they are due.
